Curtain Making and Fabric Specification Training for Interior Designers

Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: The Makers Workroom, 60 Phillips St, Phillipstown Christchurch
This professional development training is designed for interior designers who want to expand their knowledge and skills in the curtain making process and fabric specification. You will learn about different curtain and blind making techniques, including various heading and pleat styles. You will also learn the properties of different fabric types, how they affect the making process and how to specify the right fabric and lining for the right job. The training will include a tour of the Makers Workroom and demonstrations by the makers themselves. Attendees will receive a manual containing all the information covered during the training.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided to attendees during the day.
